Our Mission
At Kiracha, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality tea at relatively low prices by purchasing directly from farmers. This allows us to maintain close relationships with our suppliers and ensure the best tea for our customers.
Our Specialties
Among our offerings, Kabusecha (Shaded Green Tea) is produced in large quantities. We sell products that take advantage of the unique characteristics of Kabusecha, such as: Powdered Kabusecha and Kabusecha tea bags
Our Heritage
The third-generation owner of our garden is a certified local specialty product master of "Kabuse tea." This ensures our products are crafted with expertise and tradition.
Our Commitment to Quality
We are committed to maintaining high standards in every aspect of our production:
Shading Process: All tea leaves (except bancha) are shaded before harvesting. This allows us to produce tea with good color and reduced bitterness and astringency.
No Pesticides: We do not use pesticides on our high-quality first-grade tea and only use organic fertilizers.
In-house Manufacturing: We manufacture our tea in our own factory and outsource the processing of powder and tea bags.
Steaming Method: We use a method called "normal steamed sencha" that preserves the shape of the tea leaves and gives them a "delicious, bitter taste" and a refreshing aroma. You can enjoy the change in flavor after 2-3 infusions.
